Dear Commons Community,

Ronald Reagan gave a radio address in 1987 (see video below) which is going viral on the Internet.  His comments especially those about tariffs should be heeded by Trump and the Republicans in Congress.  The video is about five minutes long.  His comments on tariffs appear at about the 2:35 mark.
